This spacious home is as bright and airy as they come. It is designed with the minimalist style that features clean lines and pared back silhouettes. Simplicity and balance is the main design strategy to creating a minimalist styled home. Subtle texturing on the cabinetry, furnishings and the floors makes the space come alive. It creates a clean and calming space without being boring.

Varied window dressings are used to soften the space, add texture and control the abundant natural light that streams in through the many windows in this home.

A concise palette of natural and earthy colors were used in all the rooms punctuated by solid dark hues in furniture pieces, doors and appliances. The black metal framed glass doors are used to divide spaces creating a bold contrast to the overall muted aesthetic. This contrast was also carried through in the small details such as door handles, table legs and window frames to tie the whole look together. Small accents like this can make all the difference in creating a cohesive design.
